Our team is formed by the sum of talent of lawyers and financial advisors who graduated from the best and most recognized universities in Mexico and the United States, with extensive experience in the best law firms and international companies, which allows us to have a broad criterion to understand and address the concerns of our domestic and foreign clients when doing business in and outside of Mexico.

Our lawyers participate as independent members and secretaries on the boards of directors of national and international companies, in various areas such as real estate development, pharmaceuticals, mining, energy, aeronautics, textiles, electronics, education, and steel, among others.

All the lawyers and advisors of the firm are fluent in English, some of them acting as official expert translators certified by the Superior Court of Justice of the State of Nuevo Leon.
