Sergio Dávila is a partner in the Firm, who is specialized in baking law, stock market law, as well as in mergers and acquisitions. With 30 years of experience and throughout his professional career, he has participated, in addition to his specialty topics, in areas and issues related to the real-estate law, tax law and corporate law in general, participating also as a member of several boards of directors.

During his professional career, Sergio has been involved in various legal issues and transactions, mainly corporate law oriented; his participation and experience in corporate loans issues, and in corporate loans restructuring, as well as in property development issues and structuring private equity real estate funds, is particularly important. Likewise, the mergers and acquisitions issues where he has participated required him to go back to tax law areas.

– From 2004 until 2014, he was an adviser in the design of the exponential growth strategy of three of the four main housing developers nationwide.
